These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in GPACTS and associated events.
1. Event Ownership
GPACTS is a joint initiative by:
- Pharma Now
- Yellow Hive Events & Media LLP
This includes:
- GPACTS Global Summit (Hyderabad)
- Regional events (Mumbai & Ahmedabad)
- Webinars and digital engagements
2. Registration & Participation
- Registration is mandatory for attendance
- All information provided must be accurate
- Entry may be denied if incorrect or incomplete details are submitted
3. Event Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify event schedules, speakers, or formats
- Change venue or dates if required
- Convert events to virtual/hybrid formats if necessary
4. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Maintain professional behavior
- Respect speakers, attendees, and organizers
- Avoid disruptive or inappropriate conduct
Violation may result in removal without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content (presentations, materials, branding) belongs to organizers or respective speakers
- Recording, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to:
- Photography
- Videography
- Use of your likeness in promotional content
7. Third-Party Platforms
Registrations may be processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Eventaxis). We are not responsible for technical issues arising from such platforms.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of belongings
- Travel or accommodation disruptions
Participants attend at their own risk.
9. Multi-Event Ecosystem
Participation in one event may lead to communication regarding:
- Other GPACTS-related events
- Regional conferences
- Webinars and future initiatives
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
