Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1 April, 2026
1. No Refund Policy
All registrations for GPACTS and associated events are non-refundable. Once a registration is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change in personal plans
- Travel or visa issues
- Scheduling conflicts
- Non-attendance (no-show)
2. Ticket Transfers
- Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event
- All transfer requests are subject to organizer approval
3. Event Changes
The organizers (Pharma Now and Yellow Hive Events & Media LLP) reserve the right to:
- Modify the event schedule, speakers, or format
- Reschedule the event
In case of rescheduling, your registration will remain valid for the new date.
4. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
5. Webinars & Digital Events
- Registrations for webinars or digital sessions (if paid) are non-refundable
- Access to recordings may be provided at the discretion of the organizers
