Attending.

Who is this Congress for?
Senior pharma IT leaders — CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, Heads of AI/ML, VPs and Directors of IT, Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation. We maintain a minimum 60% end-user ratio, which means the majority of the room holds buying authority, not selling intent. If your day job involves running or transforming technology inside a pharma organisation, this room is built for you.
Is it invitation-only?
Yes. Every registration is reviewed before confirmation — we check designation, company, and pharma relevance. You'll hear back within 2 business days. If your application isn't a fit for this edition, we'll tell you why and keep you on the list for future GPACTS events. Additionally, you will get your refund within 15 business days. The CXO Table is a separate, nomination-only tier — see Pricing & Passes for details.
Can I bring my team?
Yes — and it's worth it. Groups of 3 or more from the same organisation receive a 15% discount across all passes. Note: all delegates are still subject to the invitation review — the group discount doesn't bypass the curation process.
Will you accept vendor delegates?
Vendor delegates are accepted but strictly capped. We enforce a minimum 70% pharma end-user ratio — when that ceiling is reached, vendor registrations go to a waitlist. If you're a vendor who wants guaranteed access and a speaking platform, sponsorship is a more reliable route and gives you significantly more than a delegate pass. See the sponsors page →
Is there a waitlist?
Yes. If delegate capacity is reached or your vendor registration is capped, you'll be placed on a waitlist and contacted if a seat opens. Waitlist registrations are processed in order of application date. To avoid the waitlist, register early — capacity is set at 130 delegates.

Pricing & passes.

What's included in a delegate pass?
The Executive Pass covers full-day access to all keynotes, panels, practitioner talks, and the fireside chat. It includes networking breakfast, lunch, and the evening cocktail reception, plus a Pharma Now Elite membership, the post-event GPACTS Mumbai Insights Report, and access to session recordings. Pricing: ₹8,999 + GST. (Early bird pricing has now closed.)
What's the CXO Table?
The CXO Table is a complimentary, nomination-only tier for CIO, CDO, and CISO-level leaders at India's top-20 pharma organisations. It includes everything in the Executive Pass, plus access to the closed Chatham House roundtable (not open to general delegates), an invitation to the post-event speaker dinner, and membership in the GPACTS Advisory Circle — a peer group that shapes future Congress themes and speakers. To nominate yourself or a peer, email events@pharmanow.app with your designation and company.
When does Early Bird end?
Early bird pricing has now closed. Standard pricing of ₹8,999 + GST applies for all new registrations. Register before 15 May to ensure your place — capacity is limited to 130 delegates.
Is GST applicable?
Yes — 18% GST applies to all pass prices. A GST-compliant invoice is issued automatically after payment. If your organisation requires a purchase order process before payment, contact events@pharmanow.app in advance so we can accommodate.
What's included in Pharma Now Elite membership?
Every Executive Pass includes a 12-month Pharma Now Elite membership — full access to the Pharma Now app, premium newsletter editions, the Pharma Now research library, and early access to GPACTS 2026 event registrations across Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and the December Flagship. Standard value: ₹3,999/year, included with your Congress pass.

Format & content.

How is this different from a typical pharma IT event?
Three things make this different. First, the speakers: CIOs and CDOs from India's largest pharma companies keynote — not analysts, not vendor case studies repackaged as practitioner talks. Second, the format: there is no exhibition floor in the main hall. Sponsors are on the agenda, not in a booth at the edge of the room. Third, the roundtables: the CXO session is Chatham House — closed, off the record, and limited to 30 senior practitioners. That's not standard at pharma IT events. It's the part delegates tell us they come back for.
Will sessions be recorded?
Keynotes, panels, and practitioner talks are recorded and distributed to all registered delegates within two weeks of the event. The CXO roundtable operates under strict Chatham House rules — it is never recorded, never summarised on the record, and never shared beyond what participants choose to share themselves.
Is there a post-event report?
Yes. The GPACTS Mumbai Insights Report is a structured post-event document capturing the day's key themes, data points, and discussion outputs — without attributing individual comments from the roundtable. It's distributed to all delegates, all speakers, and the full Pharma Now subscriber base of 95,000+ within three weeks of the event. Title and Platinum sponsors are credited in the report.
Can I nominate a speaker?
Yes — two practitioner slots remain open. We're looking for pharma IT leaders with a live story to tell: a real AI or data programme, real outcomes, real lessons. If that's you or someone you know, use the nomination form on the speakers page → Nominations close 30 April — shortlisted candidates are contacted within 5 business days.

Venue & logistics.

Where is it?
The Westin Mumbai Garden City, Goregaon East, Mumbai — 400 063. Approximately 35 minutes from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) with no toll crossings. On-site parking for 40+ vehicles. See the full venue page → for floor plan, room setup, and driving times from major pharma HQs.
Do you help with hotel accommodation?
Yes. We've negotiated a special delegate room rate at the Westin Mumbai Garden City — the event venue itself. On registration confirmation, you'll receive a booking code in your welcome email. Rooms at this rate are limited, so book early if you're travelling from outside Mumbai.
What should I wear to the Congress?
Business formal for the main sessions and roundtables. Business casual for the evening cocktail reception on the terrace. If in doubt, err formal — this is a CXO-level gathering.
Is the venue accessible, and can I flag dietary or mobility requirements?
The Westin Mumbai Garden City is fully wheelchair accessible — lifts, accessible restrooms, and step-free access to all event spaces. If you have specific dietary, mobility, or accessibility requirements, note them in the registration form, and our team will confirm arrangements before the event.

Policies.

What happens if I need to cancel my registration?
Full refund for cancellations received by 15 May 2026. 50% refund for cancellations between 16–18 May 2026. No refund for cancellations after 18 May — however, delegate substitution is permitted at any time up to the morning of the event. To cancel or substitute, email events@pharmanow.app with your registration details.
Will I be photographed or filmed at the event?
The event is photographed, and keynotes, panels, and practitioner sessions are filmed for post-event distribution. By completing registration, you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in event photography and coverage published by GPACTS, Pharma Now, and Yellow Hive. The CXO roundtable is never photographed or filmed — this is an unconditional commitment, not a guideline.
What are the rules of conduct at the Congress?
We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, discrimination, and intimidatory behaviour — for delegates, speakers, and sponsors alike. Anyone in violation will be asked to leave without a refund. Chatham House rules apply inside all closed roundtable sessions: you may share what was discussed, but not who said it. Our full code of conduct is available at events@pharmanow.app on request.
